Confused about dating a gemini?

My gemini man is very confusing? He has been trying to go out with me for quite some time and after much persuasion I agreed. When we are together everything is good. He seems a little closed off but I assume that he will open up more with time. He has told me multiple times he likes me and we have agreed we won't be seeing anyone else while we are seeing eachother. The other day he even said he would want to be my boyfriend. However, because we have only been seeing for about a month i told him for me it is a bit too soon.

I am very confused because he seems to be very busy and says it is very hard for him to make time. He initiates conversations with me every day but seems a bit distant. Is this normal gemini behavior?

Gems can be distant at times. Its a useful thing to recognise it and accept it. That way you know them being distant is just part of who they are, and within an hour or a day they will be close with you again.

Im guessing its part of the twins in their personality.

Yeah, in my experience that's rather normal Gemini behavior. If he's making time for you and paying you attention it's all good. If you become too attached (maybe only in the beggining) he'll probably become bored. You have to make sure he's chasing after you (not the other way around) and reciprocate.

I made the mistake of chasing/attaching mix - have been friendzoned, don't recommend.

Been dating my gem man for a few months now. At least once or twice a month, he will go MIA for a few hours to a full day. I'm ok with that because once in a blue moon, I need my breaks or my "me time". I've learned to be super independent so space is sometimes necessary in order for me to function again. I know he's going to be busy till 2nd week of November since a best friend of his is visiting so they'll be having their "bromance" and catching up so I give him his space. He has once admitted that he really likes that I give him hours of time apart, he said "that shows that you're a mature woman" aka not so needy. I told him, I'm only super needy during pms or once in a blue moon in person when I at least expect it. If I ever feel a "needy" rush, I'll do my best to keep myself occupied and if I can't hold it in anymore then I'll just message him. He's mine & it's my right to lol
