Courting a long distance gemini

Alright Gemini ladies, need your advice.....

I'm a scorpio man. I went to back to my college alma mater for homecoming and met a Gemini that has me WIDE OPEN! She is about 2 years younger than I am... the chemistry was strong from the 1st moment we met and the entire evening, we couldn't keep our hands off each other (didn't do anymore than make out). Since I got back home, we talk on the phone daily. Damn, this girl can talk....and I love it!! our 1st phone conversation lasted 3 hours and i didnt wanna get off the phone.... every convo is at least 90 minutes non stop before we reluctantly get off the phone.

Now I'm pretty sharp individual. Right now, I literally feel like texting or talking to her every second of everyday and jumping in my car to make the 7 hour drive back to campus (she works at the school), but I'm no rookie... Its only been a couple days, so that would be silly to come on that strong. I wont initiate text exchanges, I always wait for her to text me.... and she always does 🙂

I'm very careful when we talk because I know we are still feeling each other out, but I know in my gut that there is something here worth exploring...

How do I go about building and strengthening a romantic relationship when she is so far away? I have no problem going to see her on a regular basis, but I'm scared to go back too soon and mess it up by coming on too strong.

I have the patience of a high school teacher and I'll go as slow as I need to in order to give myself a chance with her.

I'm also self employed and have such a flexible schedule that I can literally be there as often as I want to, plus I literally have more friends in that area than where I live now, so it wouldnt seem weird for me to be in the area on my own.

I'm VERY selective when it comes to women; i wont even hang out with a woman let alone sleep with her if dont genuinely like them. I WANT THIS WOMAN! lol 😄

So a gemini's imagination is one of our best assets, our ability to change our views at d slip of a hat (however, it doesnt mean both arent true, one jus isnt at that particular time) we c things from different scopes. we're also in love words, new ideas, spontaneity etc. some gemini's likes a man thats able to take control but can still relinquish it long enough to give her time to breath. she'll always b on the move, so b prepared for fast paced. n b stable.

If she's like me, she'll like the attention, but not suffocating attention. Random phone call or text to let her you know she's on your mind will go REALLY far.

Don't agree with everything she says. Have your own opinion, but be ready to back it up if she doesn't agree with it. I love a good debate, which is COMPLETELY different from arguing, FYI.

Trust her unless she gives you reason not to.

got it, thanks. That helps a lot. This woman has me completely distracted. I'm moving very carefully and things seem to be going well. A lot of late night texts and convos, but I am keeping everything light, no real heavy, deep conversations. How soon is too soon to coincidentally be in her area, lol?

Keep your focus on her. Respect her and don't ever comment or look at another chick when you're out and about with her. We kinda like being the center of attention when we're with someone romantically.

It's good you haven't been too intense with the heavy stuff. But if you are going to go that route eventually and open up more to her with your heavy stuff or past baggage or whatever you've got going on, always balance the intensity with vulnerability.

It is best to keep it light and airy but we do like to get into people's heads once in a while out of curiosity. So as long as you keep yourself and your emotional balance in check you can hook her in without pulling her under.

Ask her out again if you must. Don't be afraid to do that. But if she says she is busy or unavailable, don't give her grief about it and don't complain. We're very busy people or we like to pretend we are at least. Always bounce back and don't give up unless she's clearly not interested. But from what you've told us so far, she has to be interested to be talking to you every day. I would not be talking to anyone that much if I weren't interested.

Don't be judgmental. You can have your own opinions but don't preach. Never shove your beliefs in her face or expect that she'd take up your brand of thinking. We're very mutable so we like to adapt to new ideas and new situations but that doesn't mean that we should lose ourselves in someone else's beliefs either. Either accept her for who she is or don't bother at all.

If you notice a duality in her or conflicting thoughts don't be too critical of that. It's bound to happen sooner or later. Just chalk it up as a gemini thing and don't let it bother you too much. Half the time she probably wouldn't even notice herself being contradictory. Be very forgiving of that if you can.

Oh yes, I concur about keeping your focus on her. Causal glances at other girls are no biggie, shoot, I appreciate a good looking guy OR girl & will comment about it at times. However, staring, drooling, or flirting with another girl in my presence OR if you are supposedly into me? Aw hellll no. You are out.

I tried ending it about two weeks ago. I didn't want to get attached to someone who lived so far but we talked and I decided to give it a go.
