Desperate/Impatient

You guys ever find that people mistake you as desperate when in actuality you're really just super impatient?

I know us geminis are master artists at mind games and manipulation but do you ever find that the combination of your curiousity and impatience makes people think that you're a little desperate at times? Like, when someone agrees to something and it doesn't happen right away or someone fails to answer a question you asked. Do you ever find yourself pushing that person to follow through on what they said or to answer you because you don't have the patience for games or waiting?

I've found myself doing this a lot lately. I get easily irritated when people are not prompt and the other day someone called me desperate. I am not desperate, just impatient! I H A T E W A I T I N G.

I have had people call me impatient fairly often before, but I don't recall being called desperate. 😛 Humans are flawed to misunderstand one another. Oh well.

Well this friend of mine is a very slow going person and he also thinks quite highly of himself. He loves doing things at his own pace, while paying no heed to how that effects other people. I find it aggrivating. I'm not desperate to see him I just don't want to go back and forth for days on end about when or where this will happen.

I'm patient to a point, but hardly ever impatient. Desperation isn't what I do.

i learned not to push others into keeping their word... it's on them if they want to be seen as liars. yes, i'm impatient to an extent... but, i also realize that things will happen in their own time. when it comes to my curiosity... ppl normally think i'm nosy, when i'm just really flippin' curious lol... never been called desperate tho.

I thought were suppose to be so aloof, so how the hell can we be desperate at the same time? Hmmmm......

I'm not desperate. That's not what I'm saying at all.

i am exactly that way,when im intrested in someone and they play their fucked up slow ass games i dont have the patience for it,it makes me nuts,i remain impatient for a while but soon i get bored and realise that the person cant keep the pace with me.

Also the genuine intrest in that person also fades,because when they start playing those games i dont really want to know nothing because im intrested it just becomes a game for me to say something "provocing" or something to make that person respond fast.hahaha and when they respond fast i turn and respond soooooo slow,if at all.

yes! if they can't keep up with me i drop them. it's only if i really like the person that i harangue them, try to play this slow "game" of theirs, etc. i certainly wouldn't describe it as desperate, just simply irritated. 😄
