Do gems take lead in a relationship?

If a gemini likes someone does he take a lead in a relationship?

a gemini male will definitely take the lead and initiate in the beginning of a relationship. a gemini that likes you (even the painfully shy ones) are gonna suck it up and go after you because they aren't the kind of people to let something good pass them by. but i don't think "being in the drivers seat" is what they're known for. ive been with a gemini for a pretty long time now and he's content doing whatever. im not saying that i call all the shots or anything even close to that but he would be just as content hanging out with his friends every day as he would going somewhere else with me. he pretty much doesn't care where or who he's out with, he just likes having something to do! he's such an easy person to have around because he gets along with everybody. gemini's are pretty easy going but i think they genuinely appreciate decisive people. and dont forget that gems get bored of routine so if they're always the ones calling the shots, they'll probably get bored of that too! they might also start to wonder if you have anything more valuable to bring to the table, rather than just letting them always run the show. im not quite sure if a gemini can truly sense people who try too hard or if they are just so indifferent to them they don't even notice them but generally people like that don't last too long with the gem. everything has to be about laughing and being light....like, once you start "trying" with a gem, they dart. they don't want somebody holding back to accommodate them, everything has to feel natural. so guess this is like all things in life, balance 🙂

when I noticed this one guy I dated was "trying" i did feel awkward with him. He was an aries. One day, online, he said something out of the blue to, I guess, to get me more interested in the conversation. Then I started questioning him about why he said it (he said he wanted me to buy him something) and for what he would use the new thing for.

Then he said "I just didnt have anything else to say." I think saying that to a Gemini is like a deathwish, lol. If i can't have a comfortable conversation with you, via internet, phone, in person, then we got MAJOR issues hahahaha.

I think they do. My bf did all the talking and calling when we first met. He couldn't figure if I liked him or not and finally he made a move. He said if I were to reject him again or didn't see a sign that I liked him that he would've just moved on. So yes they the take lead and go w/ the flow and move on if they feel like it's not going right.

The gem I've been talking to, he definitely took the initiative when we first got to know each other. He did the calling, he always texted me first, ect. I let him take the reigns, but I never let him do all the work, completely. I was the first to suggest we go out on a mini date and I often text him first as well. So, I think they do take the lead when they feel they have something good, but it takes a certain amount of back and forth to keep them going. As of now, I do a lot of the initiating, but the gem always responds, and he'll initiate sometimes too. It's like we take turns now as long as things remain interesting. I tend to still pick and choose what we do for dates, but I've always been like that.
