Hey guys, I finally met up with the Gemini that liked so much. He was in town for a few days to visit. We met through a mutual friend whom he was here to visit as well. There was some awkward air between us the entire time. We were both really shy and nervous. Even for as talkative as he is in a group, he seemed rather scared to talk to me. I guess I should add that he knows that like him through the friend of ours and I was told by my friend that he likes me back (this was before he came to town) The day he was leaving, we still hadn't discussed our feelings at all! and so I wrote him a lovely card telling him how I felt. That was on the 28th, how long do you figure it'll take him to get back to me. Or will he even get back to me? I heard Geminis are rather flighty and inconsistent. Ack, this is driving me crazy because I like him so much. And me being a Scorp is though because we're so passionate.

Geminifox, I am smart and I do have a great sense of humour but I'm worried I blew my chances because I was so shy. I didn't really allow myself to shine. On the other hand, he was just as shy, so it was really difficult getting the conversation to flow. So how do I do what you suggested? Might I add he lives very far away from me but might be up for spring break for a visit.

do you have his email? Me and my Gem guy are always emailing! He loves those letters and short notes....
he normally answers me right away...except I emailed him over Xmas and was emotional...so I think he freaked and did not answer for five days.
I almost lost it, but remembered how gems can sense vibes -- they are very "wired" -- so kept my cool, and positivity. Gems like upbeat, positive people, and we Scorps can be that if we remember not to pin all our intensity on one guy....
So he wrote back.
Joke around with him...make him laugh...he'll be back...

Eaglegirl, I sure hope you're right. But I'm starting to fear the worst. Since it's been a few days and I haven't heard anything. I wrote in the card that I thought he was one of the funniest and sweetest guys I had ever met. I let him know that I liked him very much, told him he was a gem and wished him a safe trip back home. I'm not sure what to do now. I guess there's not much I can do. I feel sort of silly messaging him again and sounding like a nag. What do you think? Do you think it was too forward to give such a card. I would have talked to him personally but we were always in a group.

Oh no, do you think it was too strong and I've scared him off? Ahhhhhhh! I'm not trying to lock him down by any means, but I did want him to know how I felt. I'm just worried it was perhaps way too forward. So if I don't hear from him once he gets back home how should I respond? What could I write that would be light and fun? Any suggestions?

Ok girls, I will try and calm down. We are all or nothing. The thing is, I'm 23, young I know but I just felt as if I met someone I really wanted to date. Not just someone I was attracted to, his personality is what completely has me. I will try and stay sane and think in a positive manner. Thanks for the help, I appreciate greatly!
