I have some hyperthyroid traits.
hyperthyroid - hyperthyroidism - www.dictionary.com//

Do you have it Archer? I think I do some of those characteristics. I was wondering if hyperthyroidism is a Geminian trait.
I'm saying "geminian trait" instead whether it can be associated with geminis.
Do you have any opinions about it?
Its the thyroid gland. The 'hyper' thing, my mom thinks that I a hyperthyroid she's a hypothyroid. You might wanna check to see if any of the dictionary definitons for the term fits you. For one the metabolism thing describes me well I have a fast metabolism.
this definition - 'characterized by extreme intensity, emotionalism, or lack of restraint.'
on the 'lack of restraint' thing its pretty amazing that I haven't gotten myself in any serious trouble - the 'intensity' thing describes me well, and on 'emotionalism' well that could relate to different states such as being passionate and sexual which describe me or tempermental and noisy for example which wouldn't describe me well I'm more introverted alhough its possible that hold in a lot of resentment and anger.
this definition on hyperthyroidism - 'an abnormality of the thyroid gland characterized by excessive production of thyroid hormone, which can result in an increased basal metabolic rate, causing weight loss, heart palpitations, and tremors.'
I don't have weight loss and tremors whatsoever; I have the increased metabolic rate and maybe ocassionally heart palpitations, palpitations that can be sensed I suppose such as when the seat bealt is across my chest, I have a very normal steady breathing pattern though and I doubt that a physician would detect anything unusual.
FD,
No one here is qualified to diagnose you. For pity's sake, go to the doctor, get it checked out...
Getting a health check up is a good idea chances are that I'll be put on sedatives which I would then plain refuse to take. My mother has sub depressive tendencies she's an iodine deficient hypo thyroid and she's been on medication for that for like two or three decades lol I don't have those issues; my only sedative is alcohol and the only alcohol that I consume is beer, I love it! I consume only one kind of brand without it I would definitely have to get medicated. I'm so hyperthyroid I simply burn off all this beer I consume, and at night I have to drink otherwise I will not get any sleep.
FoxyGem babe two familial Geminis under one roof nervy, my dad's a Gemini.
FD,
I have to agree...I don't like any kind of drugs. The body is a finely tuned instrument, esp. w/ Gems, and you don't want to mess with it.
Try more natural remedies...
Jogging (stimulates calming endorphin)
Beer, as you already know
Healthy, natural, raw foods
Bach flower essences...you may need to google this
Aromatherapy...lavendar is very calming
Mozart and Bach...
Meditation...

I have heard of that as well (or something similar to it), that certain people with EXTREMELY high metabolism have softer emotions and moody than others. I DO have good metabolism, but not as great as my wife's(Pisces)and best friend's(Libra). BOTH of them has that 'Shallow Hal' vice-versa thing happening and can (& WILL) assist you with your meal(s) and dessert after consuming EVERYONE ELSE'S and their meal and STILL look damn near anorexic and probably loose MORE weight with a 3 minute or so fuck, but whine at the sight of 'Monster's Inc.', 'Toy Story 2', or the news. FUCK THEIR SUPER HIGH-METABOLISM HAVING ASSES!!
The news of my friend having heart issues or anything is unknown, yet I DO know Kym this breathing problem of some sort. When a room gets even ATLEAST 90-something degrees, she'd hyperventilate, vomit, and sometimes blackout...it's weird.

Do you all have issues like that, if not similar?
90 degrees? that can cause hyperventilation especially if the atmosphere around you is warm and moist. For example when you are in a hot shower for too long and the steamy cloying atmosphere of the bathroom exhausts you, makes you breathe harder, rapidifies - palpitates the heart beat, makes you sweat.
Ever heard of this term 'hyperlexia?' seek the definition for this one - www.dictionary.com//, I have 'social skills' and I'm 'upwardly mobile' I'm a 'ladder climber' although I used to have hyperlexic traits, I used to read a lot, not so much now than before, I grew up reading lots of books loved it.
Definitely if your freind is in a hot cloying moist - hot and damp atmosphere that's going to make your Kym friend gag and vomit. Its something about the general atmosphere that can do this to some people I would imagine, something about the atmospheric and air conditions whether cold, dry, hot, moist, etc, I can't offer a professional opinion.
here sample this definiton for Hyperlexia - http://www.reference.com/browse/wiki/Hyperlexia
