....process/deal with anger?
...but kidding aside...the truth is, i don't do anything when i am angry...take the advice from the great abe lincoln ...things go bad when you are angry, your anger controls you..
but sometimes i write on my journal, that's what i do best, once i've written my anger, im ok.

It depends on WHAT im angry about. But I still use some of the demands ordered from my old anger management professor when I was younger...
1.) Rip paper. (But burning is best!!)
2.) Free-Write or Free-Type. (Poems, sonnets, stories...) You WILL be surprised of what and how much you have written.
3.) Break empty and un-used bottles in a safe environment. (Glass is best!!)
4.) A massage given by a calm & relaxed person. (If you have any genre of 'Distrusting Anger', be sure you TRUST the masseuse or massager.)
5.) Punch pillows. (However, a punch-bag is best!!)
6.) Walk, Jog, or Exercise LONG distances..DON'T use a car!!(It causes "road-rage" that could lead to a collision.)
The concept is to remain SAFE as well as your surroundings, so be sure (if you can) when releasing anger(depending on type and strength of the anger and mental status) all people, animals, and value-able items are put away or out of your reach.
