Well, our last date was really, really good. There was a moment when I really felt the fear that I could fall for this guy. There are really weird moments where we really connect. And then, because we are both air signs, we go our separate ways again. I feel like we are both starting to relax a little.

There is one thing that is worrying me but I know it has nothing to do with him, it is just trauma from an old relationship that is being triggered. Stuff I thought I was over no less.

I'm really looking forward to seeing him in a few days. I remain cautiously optimistic.

Yep. We have gone to some really awesome restaurants. (Boy knows his food!) Watched a movie at his place and once sat around listening to music at his place, which was really fun. But yeah, it has mainly been going out to some really great restaurants. I think our first date was out for drinks to get to know each other.

What do you guys mean tweak out? I wonder if that is what is going on. I can tell he likes me but at the same time, he is all wide-eyed and shy and nervous. I'm really confused. It is almost like he is afraid of saying anything or doing anything to ruin it? I have no idea.

And both of us being incredibly polite is not helping.

Maybe if you guys can explain tweaked out it would help. I really, really like him.

I feel like I should just tell him, "I like you! Stop being weird!"

But I don't, because he is acting so weird. argh.

gemini's really do enjoy their fine dining. theres a date idea that ive been wanting to do for a while but havent gotten around to it (a bit pricey though). there are one day sushi making classes that are only a couple hours long and i think it would be really fun. one of my favorite dates was a lame-o lazy saturday afternoon when gemini took me to the driving range and batting cages. needless to say i sucked at bof 🙂 but the activities alone didn't take very long so i suggest having a meal afterward

I feel in knots over this all the time. It seems like we keep missing the mark with each other. I am disappointed. I really like him. I just don't know how to break through to him. And all this uncertainty is negatively impacting me at this point.

I'm going to give it the weekend, just to make sure this is what I really want, but yeah. I think it is time to end it.

i can see where you're coming from, it never feels good to be in knots over somebody because ideally we shouldn't be stressed out or confused about something that was meant to be. do you guys have plans this weekend? since you're considering putting an end to this, you have nothing to lose by being as silly/playful as you want. he seems so serious 🙂

He is serious! He just doesn't seem comfortable in his own skin at all. He seems like he worries about everything he says or does and constantly second-guesses himself. His self-consciousness is making me self-conscious. We don't have plans this weekend, which I find really odd. Unless, I told him I was going to be busy but I don't think I did.

I feel like I have to be the fun one. I have to be the entertaining one. I have to be the talkative one. And I am running out of safe subjects. I don't want to pry into his life. I don't want to work this hard. lol.

I had so much fun with him last weekend and suddenly he freaks out or something and slams shut again. I have no idea what to do. Until he sorts himself out, there really isn't much I can do.

My only thought is that he is trying to play it cool. (Very unsuccessfully I might add.) Or he likes me and has gone into some huge self-protective ball. Or he has lost all interest and doesn't know how to tell me? Which is fine. I will be really disappointed but I will live. I just need to know.

I am completely stumped by his behaviour.

I love your sense of humour. He is such a cute little confused frog.

My fear here is that he is scared and people do crazy stuff when they are scared. I'm afraid he is going to bolt or something. Or worse, get tired of all the awkwardness himself and call it a day.

I really hope you are right Gemtaur. When we click, it is really quite magical. I suspect we would click more if we both weren't second guessing ourselves and each other.

I don't find it hard to like them. It's the weird stuff/antics/to-ing and fro-ing or whatever it is called here on Planet Gem that I find hard to cop. Unfortunately I am reading "he is just not that into you" at the moment and according to that there is no b/s - he is into you or not. No indecision, no games. Simple yes or no answer on your paper.

As a result, he has the most beautiful lines. Pure grace. He is also constantly in motion, which as a Libra I am too, and I think it adds magic to someone.
