up to the Gemini hype. I have zero social skills when a man tries to talk to me. I had a really good looking, completely my type of man message me on fb today. The first one that I would actually respond to, and of course, I don't know what to say. :/

You are not alone. I find that social skills/ability to flirt go right out the window when I am actually interested in someone. So awkward.

GC, yes, I do have Venus in Cancer, so that might be it. It really sucks. All of my friends are soo great at just flirting and talking to men. I don't like it, this is why men have ended up with my friends b/c I just don't say anything. lol

You don't have to say anything, your venus can be used as the way you hold yourself, the way you smile, the way you open up without having to say a word. Also why not just be you. Converse how you generally converse. No need to flirt. the right guy will appreciate it.

just be open..work on it in the mirror. plus there is an energy we give out when we're ready...pheromones...

CC you're right!! I agree with all of that. ^^ I just get a lot pressure to date, I have to stop letting it get to me bc it does cause me to feel like I am supposed to be more like them.

I suck at flirting, but I am good at mental talk. I will never try and impress some guy with sex talk and my looks, but I will try and establish mental connection. It's almost sub-conscious with me. That's where the attraction starts with me. It needs to be natural and organic.

I think you shouldn't worry how "omg, he is so gorgeous" and the need to impress him, but just see if you can TALK to him about whatever. Just say something and see if it flows between you...know what I mean? It should be smooth sailing😉

I read that venus in Cancers need other venus in Cancers in order to be emotionally fulfilled. I also have a Jupiter in Cancer. My problem is that I usually am attracted to bad boys (usually fire signs or Scorpio) but what I really need is a sweet Cancer guy.

Just today one of my work associates who has known me for 5-6 years (very sweet elderly gentleman) has asked me why I am not married. He told me I was too pretty and nice not to be. I bluhed and said "no, not yet", lol.

Luckily, my family doesn't pressure me at all.

My family doesn't either!! Thank goodness! It's all of my friends. It's very annoying...

Is your venus retrograde in your natal chart? Mine is and i did wonder if it had some effect.
