Hey gems, What are some of the best ways you've found? Preferably without heading into another relationship

Lots and lots of outside activities with friends, family. Tons of reading, shopping, etc. Just need to keep busy with whatever you can. I like to do things I normally don't. Something different so it gets you out and socializing.

Thanks guys, just keep breaking down when everywhere when I think i've finally dealt, just want it to stop, all these thoughts keep rushing back to my brain at the worst times, feel nuts and worn out.
Been saving for a little trip out of town actually, hoping it'll be good for me right now can't help looking at the travel books and feel unmotivated about it all

When a relationship ends, I make a list of everything that sucked about the relationship and led to its demise. When I inevitably get nostalgic about how great the relationship was (I have a short memory span), I get the list back out and get a healthy reminder!
