I’ve signed up and am going to do my first official 5k this week/end!!! Now, you can do whatever distance you like, at whatever pace you like, because you do it from wherever you’d like! Must complete by the 23rd and upload results by the 26th. It costs about $ 40 to officially enter to participate, but you receive a shirt and digital bib! I hope to see you out there!!

Yes, sir! I completed an app last year to get me trained up to do one. But everyone chooses their own distance to go if they participate.
I've been walking 6 kilometers 4 times a week and running it twice a week for the past year.

I enjoy a light jog and walk combo. I do like to sprint for a tiny bit at the end of my run, most times anyways. And congrats! You’re doing really well for yourself on the cardio end!!
