In order to have a good firm toned bum and nice toned legs, is it okay to do squats/leg exercises every DAY or every second day?? smile
what kind of exercises do you recomend?? smile
You also need cardio. It'll get rid of the flab hiding your nice, toned muscles.
Cardio daily, lunges, squats, etc every other day.
HIIT workout. It's high intensity cardio with lotsa squats and lunges..
