No way in hell would I skip breakfast. I'd do it if I had to but to skip it for no reason is just wrong. There's a reason it's referred to as the most important meal of the day. If you have a good hearty breakfast it sets a good tone for you throughout the day, mentally and physically. It also gets you comfortable with a routine that actually benefits you. Then again I'm addicted to routine and am an exercise freak.

I'm eating a bowl of grapes, 4 slices of toast and guzzling down a carton of OJ while I type this too. I love food.

SS you can substitute the oatmeal for 2 slices of whole grain toast.

"During high school, I'd go all day (sometimes a couple of days) w/o eating and not notice, and I wasn't alone. It would eventually hit me and I'd think to myself, "Wait a sec, when was the last time I ate?!""

- I did that to in high school. I didn't take any vitamins either. Yet I was able to get through the grueling 2 hours of gym and the rest of my long ass classes. Now if I don't have breakfast or my vitamins I'm screwed for the day. It would be hard for me to function.
