The blend of the four oils I mentioned is very powerful, moreso than the peppermint on its own. Very much helping with the pain

Yay I love essential oils!!!
Posted by MyStarsShineI do agree oil helping but they also smell!
I trained as an aromatherapist some years ago and swear by the oils. Lately I have been using peppermint oil a lot for pain relief (i have neck arthritis which results in moderate to intense head pain most days). It helps to manage the pain and I rarely need to take pain killers. I recently blended it with marjoram, lavender and black pepper and am finding it very helpful
I was interested to read this
"A study in Germany found that peppermint oil is just as effective as paracetamol when used to treat tension headaches. People who suffered from regular tension headaches applied peppermint oil to their forehead and temples every 15 minutes. The study showed that peppermint oil can help to relieve regular headaches without the side effects of frequently taking pain-killers"

Posted by -Roman-Yes, they are fantastic.....did you ever use rosemary oil in hair shampoo and conditioner, it's great for dark hair
Omg! I love essential oils. I get an order of YoungLiving oils in every month.
I love their auto ship features but you have to make sure you get on there and change your order in time or you'll receive the same shit you did last month.
I really love their hand sanitizer. I usually order a dozen every summer and I go through them quite quickly.
Putting essential oils into a diffuser is probably the best way I've found to use them. Some essential oils are really good at cleaning the air naturally in your home. I also use some in my washing machine because I use a hypoallergenic detergent with no scent I then use an essential oil to give it a light smell.
I also use them for cleaning. I'm trying to use more natural products for cleaning but it's hard to really feel satisfied with the effects of using natural products without a clean type of smell. I love lemon for that or rosemary.
Posted by MyStarsShineI see. You can place a drop and it's pleasant!Posted by GemitatiPosted by MyStarsShineI do agree oil helping but they also smell!

Posted by GemitatiI don't use peppermint neat, nor the citrus ones, they may irritate sensitive skin. I blend four or five drops in approx 30ml body lotion. I keep it in my handbag, also a bottle by the side of my bed. Check out the blend I mentioned in my first post.....I find that amazingPosted by MyStarsShineI see. But rubbing on forehead and temples every 15min - I had rubbed my leg once - smelled all day and then after!
Are you talking diluted or right from the small bottle concentrated?click to expand

I've been obsessed with avocado oil lately ❤ Coconut oil is too heavy for hot weather, so I've been using that instead ❤
