I just got some fish oil supplements. How have they worked for you? What differences have you noticed in your health?

Thanks for the info, cappy!
How long did you take them, may i ask?
I'm trying to check now to see if the ones I purchased are certified. No fishy burps, as they're the coated kind. No bloating as of yet...it hasn't even been a week though. So, I'll continue monitoring.

K, well, it's been several days and I haven't noticed any particular gassyness. No moreso than usual, lol.
On the other thread I mentioned that after using ACV excessively, one side of my face looked like I'd gotten into a fight with a parana, and never healed. Well, it appears to be clearing up rather nicely and smoothing out.
Thanks again.
Fish oil is great, has so many benefits apparently.
If you don't like fish oil you could take flax seed oil or even just get flax seeds and grind them up and put em in a shake.
Fish oil is the better of the two though if I recall correctly. I was taking like 20grams of the stuff per day at one point haha. It was pretty much extra calories when I was trying to put on a little weight.
If you take that much though, make sure you also get some Omega-6 cause having too much Omega-3 or Omega-6 without the other to balance it out is bad for you too. Omega-6 you tend to be able to get through normal stuff in your diet though so you wouldn't have to supplement for it unless you're taking a crazy amount of Omega-3's.

I have the flax seeds, and they taste pretty good! I usually put them in low-fat yogurt. But with those, you have to keep them in the freezer or else they will go rancid, and then there's no point in eating them after at that point. Still, I didn't notice any changes/lasting effects with taking flax seeds.
