I tried a bootcamp program they had here where i live.. I didnt throw up but almost on more than one occasion.. I almost throw uo doing insanity too tho
Im starting the boot camp in a couple of weeks...I did it like 2 yrs ago and right after I threw up...ughhh it really kicked my ass..But I felt so good afterwards..I just did not finish it because I moved, But since Im moving back up North Im taking it again. The brazil butt is included there also ,so ill be doing both. Any updates with you girls?
If you're throwing up because of a work out, it's because it's a little to hard on your out of shape self. You gotta gradually work into these things, especially if you're out of shape. You run the risk of injury too. Push yourself, but don't push yourself to the expectations of others and others' fitness levels.
As far as boot camps, look into who's running them and check their certifications/education. I've seen some of the stuff from people who start their little boot camps and it's scary the type of people who run them. They have no business running those things.
I'll talk to people who claim to be personal trainers and the things that they don't know... They were just some person off the street who paid 600 bucks for an easy online cert. They've never taken any of the proper education courses on the subject matter. I even had to correct one on how to properly do sit ups to you get maximal benefit. Why? The guy didn't even know origin and insertion points of the involved muscles, which is a huge thing to understand in order to formulate proper exercise to begin with.
