I am actually so afraid of eating it. I just don't trust it. I think it must be the worst of the fast food chains out there. But they disguise it all with a big red haired clown, and donating to the less fortunate. I feel micky d's makes enough dollars to pay the media to not release their groddy secrets. Am I just making all of this up? Does anyone know anything or feel the same way? Lol

I dooo remember watching this a long time ago. I'm glad that was made. I do feel weird about still not fully knowing what is in all of their food. Sometimes I want a burger.. and then I'm like, nahh. I have no idea what I'm eating.

I like the mcrib and the sausage mcmuffin w egg. When I lived in the slums far away from a Starbucks I drank their horrid lattes.

I only live near a Burger King now and I've eaten there once after drinking in the afternoon. I had the chicken sandwich. Wendy's frosties are cool too but I recently discovered a gelato place.
I really love Wendy's. I can't help my crave for it at times. Although its been almost a year since I've had one. I always get the spicy chicken, with fries and frosty. And dip my fries in the frosty after Im done my spicy chicken. Its soooo good!!!

I love gelato! Do you like fruity ones? I really enjoy ones like hazelnut, or butterscotch. Sah good.

I'll admit, I frequent Wendy's the most (a couple of times a month at most), probably. Mostly because of the green tea and a crispy chicken sandwich.

Their chili cheese fries are noms too, but I learned recently what was up with their fries and haven't gotten any since.

I can't remember the last time I ate at McDonald's though, tbh.

You need "gullible" tattooed to your forehead, dear. I don't doubt they use fillers, but not maggots. I doubt the employees at the restaurants know what the patties go through as opposed to someone who works in the processing plant.

Feelings don't dictate logic, dear. You might want to strike that phrase from your vocabulary. It makes you appear really dumb.

And fun fact since you're really clueless about all of this- they're all terrible. They all use artificial shit. The fries at most chains contain a lot of extra, nasty fuck shit in them to get them that way. Most of the beef is the same seeing as how, what, there's 3-4 primary beef producers and they all process their beef the same way? chances are the burgers you get at McD's, Hardees/Carl's Jr./Wendy's/Burger King are all exactly the same. They all probably contain the same 1000 cows per burger as well.

Keep in mind, the "healthy" fast food chains are also pretty bad. Even if they're a bit more ethical in their food sourcing, the sodium, sugar, and fat content are still horrific.

My friend said she read it on the box... I don't know. Maybe she read wrong or something. But I don't think she'd lie to me about it. I questioned it too. But even still, its mystery meat and I'm afraid.

Wendy's is the best in terms of food quality and rapid service at the drive thru.

McDonald's is sort of hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, and sometimes it is cold and/or poorly prepared.

I would only go to McDonald's when I am so hungry that my steering wheel starts to look delicious.

I guess everyone's sense of humor is a bit different, but for me personally, this is my favorite standup routine. Its pretty hard to make me laugh period. On first viewing, I literally laughed the entire time, and it never gets old. I've seen it at least 20 x's.

Its because it is sooo true!! I've tried getting people to watch him, they don't find him as hulair as I do either. I love his creepy whisper voice he does as well. It's like his insecure alter ego haha

Yep. For me, its like a perfect set from beginning to end. And I've tried to show friends as well. My closest friend didn't like it at all. He likes Kevin Hart's standup, and I don't think that dude is funny at all. But, I will say, I have never seen Gaffigan as good as he is in Mr. Universe. I've watched some of his other standup and its just not the same.

I am the same way. I don't find Kevin Hart hilarious either. I think Jim Jeffries is pretty okay, if you get past the crudeness. I tried watching "the real rob" on netflix, and he kind of does stand up in his own show like jerry seinfeld, but it is sooooo bad. It ruins the whole show.

I'm trying to think of other stand up comedians I've seen lately!! I feel I've seen a lot more than that

I work in the food industry. ...they don't use maggots as filler. That violates all sorts of codes and shit. She was fucking with you.

Otherwise, yes, most of the beef is processed garbage and shouldn't be consumed very often.

Well I mean you'd like to eat actual food right? Like the stuff that comes from farms-fresh, whole, etc.

But how long does all that last in your home shelf life wise? A week and a half tops. So when you've got fast food that needs to be produced in mass quantities you need to be able to store it and have it cooked tasting fresh no matter how long it's been traveling from plant, to warehouse, to storage, to market, to your mouth.



That's where additives and hormorones come in. Nothing essentially lasts forever, but for these companies to make money, they need their product to. So yes it's food, but it's been pumped with a lot of synthetic artificial material your body is not able to break down effectively. And not to mention adverse side effects like congenital disease.

All fast food companies do this, it's the way of processed foods in general. McDonald's is just particularly gross haha but it's the same operation all around.

I think it's because McDonald's has been exposed the most, tbh. It's been under fire, had more publicity because it was THE fast food chain for so long. Everyone else is equally guilty and bad with their stuff too.

My brother and I were doing some digging around with In n Out with their beef sourcing because once upon a time, they used to do their own beef and wasn't sourced from one of the terrible 3-5 corporations who process all the beef in the country.

Welp, turns out that's no longer the case, and it's disappointing to hear that they use cottonseed oil to fry fries in which isn't all that great for you anyway. Which is sad, consideirng they make their fries on location with potato cutters. They, and Five guys are the only fast food chains who have 3 ingredients in their fries. Everyone else has all this garbage, including dimethylpolysiloxane which is an "anti foaming agent." WHY? That shit is a silicone based substance to prevent foaming? Fucking nasty. I was sad to find that Wendy's has this, which is why I cut back on eating fries there. Just grossed me out way too much.
