Getting ready for my early morning run. What are some ways you challenge yourself in running? I've been training for about a month now and I can finally jog an entire 5k each day, but I'm ready to step my game up. Suggestions?
Thanks for that! I guess I've been doing it wrong. It usually takes me about 30-45 minutes to jog 5k In the morning. In the evening I do either cycling, the elliptical or the treadmill for about 20 minutes then weightlift, alternating between legs, abs, arms and buns and thighs about everyday (at least I try my hardest to). With eating, I do eat moderately healthy (once a week I have a cheat day). I've lost about 15lbs in the last 25-30 days and I do feel amazing. Also if I can't find time to workout I'm usually outdoors and find fun ways to workout (and it helps with not getting bored). I like both cycling and running because I could feel myself becoming stronger with each workout. Plus my butt is lifting, my thighs are toning up and my gut is disappearing and I look really good in my clothes. I always have and always will have a big butt but it was starting to do weird things like dropping and being too large. Now it sits up perfectly like two basketballs and even though it got smaller it looks like it got bigger because it's firm and my waist is a lot smaller. I still want to lose about 30 more lbs but I'm not focused on the weight loss so much because I know it will happen so long as I take care of myself. Oh! And I noticed cycling of an intense level, Pilates and a few of the leg lifts sculpt my vaginal muscles. I've always had great control of my vaginal muscles but now I can control just about every vaginal contraction or release without much work (even the mucles nearest to my cervix). I'm into tantric sex and when I finally decide I'm ready, I'm going to be on beast mode. _???
Oh! And some other benefits: my hair shot up in growth (it grew about an inch and a quarter). And my skin is becoming completely unblemished (besides the unavoidable a like stretchmarks, scars and summertime sunburns). However, my breasts are losing weight and they are sagging real bad (and so is the skin on my stomach). It looks trifling as all get out. It's almost as if you can fold them up or something. I try to not let it get to me and I apply raw Shea butter whenever I feel my skin needs it. Also once I reach my target weight loss goal, I'm getting a breast lift and I may get the rest of my stretch marks removed. I started modeling too which kind of surprised me because I didn't think I could do full body modeling but the pics look amazing and surprisingly people in the business think I should strive to go pro once I finish my transformation (but I am focused on two other major things that matter much more).

For relaxation from working out my friend and I get weekly massages and I also have a little home care regimen for my skin, hair and nails. I'm moving soon and atm my things are all over the place so I haven't been doing too much lately though.
Thanks!

I alternate each day with one group of muscles. I would look like Stretch Armstrong if I did that. But yeah, I feel you on maintaining the right program.

No matter what I'm getting these suckers lifted. I want perfect perky ones to match the rest. But it's no big rush, I still feel confident in my overall look and feel.

Be careful with losing too much weight if you run every day,you need carbs too or you'll become tired and have the opposite of your goal. Don't run more than 40 min a day because you'll over use your muscles and joints, you need a day or two for rest too.

Wrong.

Stop while you're ahead.

Your work out is just fine. I mean, all the experts recommend at least 40 mins daily for weight loss, so this retarded ass concept of it doing something to your joints and muscles is stupid.

Look for legit advice from people properly educated on the matter. Preferably those who either have a PhD tacked on or someone who lists a certification that qualifies them to know anything about training, weight loss, etc. There is SO much misinformation out there from arrogant gym rats and those who decide they know what's up because they run a little on a weekly basis. If I ever bother getting certified in any of this stuff, it'll be with athletes. SO much garbage out there...

ACSM recommendations for weight loss- 40-60 mins of cardio daily preferred, but at least 5 days a week. (this is why you're losing weight and seeing "toning" throughout your body)
Resistance training every other day (you have to give the muscles a day to recover).
