- Sleep between 9/10.
- Wake between 5/6.
- Don't browse the internet at least 30mins before sleep time. Read a book or listen to a podcast, in need of a distraction.
- If you keep relatively busy from the time you wake til sleep time, you'll invite the sleep more willingly.
- you can also take magnesium every night at sleep time for 3wks straight and your body will likely settle into the rhythm.
