What time do you sleep?

I want to sleep between 9 and 10 but always felt too early so I kinda sleep beyond 12 (sometimes 2 am)

I want to change this bad habit of mine
at 4 in the morning

which is probably bad, but it feels calm and quieter at night. its like the perfect time to read or binge watch a show.

unless i have something important that day, then i'd go to bed around 12

- Sleep between 9/10.

- Wake between 5/6.

- Don't browse the internet at least 30mins before sleep time. Read a book or listen to a podcast, in need of a distraction.

- If you keep relatively busy from the time you wake til sleep time, you'll invite the sleep more willingly.

- you can also take magnesium every night at sleep time for 3wks straight and your body will likely settle into the rhythm.
