The title was supposed to be seo rank but eh...4 is good too.
I don't understand your rationale behind allowing the deletion of all user content when a user removes his/her account. Your negatively indexing with google when you allow the remove of whole threads.
It's kinda ass backwards and not sensible given you are choosing to limit exposure via search engines.
You're weird. I think you probably eat boogers too while watching star trek and sewing your dungeons and dragons costume.
I just don't understand and it's bothering me. Is it because there are so many shameful losers who post and then spazz for fear that their friends actually give a damn? I think to enable these wackass folk is just silly. Virtually anything submitted to your site becomes your property unless it's already under copyright.
Or look at it this way. Imagine surfing for some help with a code. You luck out and find a link on google.
You go to the site and there are 10 pages. You're a visitor so you're just reading through.
As you're reading, you're like "wait, why is this person talking to themself?"
And when you get to the post that will reveal how to fix the issue...it's gone. You've read 10 pages for nothing and you think the people on that site are apeshit crazy.
Would you join or would you see the site as garbage?
You render your content irrelevant, obsolete and unintelligible every time you voluntarily remove content.
The insanity of this site flows from top down. The e-gods only know how much content you've lost over the years. What kind of webmaster are you?!?
hiding posts is wonderful..leaves something to the imagination *mystery*
Hiding post (if it is not because of typos and grammatical failures) is the act of cowardice. That mystery of yours and the others could be as long as a (dot) ..! then hit the hide post.
Get real babe, say what you mean and stand by it, or else shut the hell up and say nothing.
If "grammatical" errors were your obsession, we wouldn't see any errors as you would compulsively make sure there are none. You're lazy and hit send too soon.
Typos make me bananas. I'm wicked fast on the keyboard and don't pay attention at times. But if I hide something due to blunder I usually point up to it and say why I've hidden something. Because I'm a peeking over the fence, wondering what was said nosy heifer. 🙂
