Does white backgrounds hurt anyone elses eyes? It gives me major headaches. I can't look at the screen anymore. Adios all.

I do have to give my eyes a rest after about 15 minutes of looking at the white background. I've actually had to adjust my monitor settings to darken the bright whiteness of the site. I don't mind white, it's just that I think a different color would add more visual depth to the site. Perhaps a warm color scheme of taupe, amber and burgundy would be nice...

Actually, that doesn't sound bad. I'm envisioning a dark blue background with colonial blue lettering...with variations of green for highlighting/heading purposes.
