This is to post funny moments from your TV and Movie viewing pasts. I challenge you to find some that most people aren't that familiar with but post what you'd like.

I saw this clip on an SNL special. I remember looking for it before and it was nowhere to be found. But I found it now.

Patrick Swayze is in it. This would be around the time of the movie Ghost. It also has Dana Carvey in it with the immortal Don Pardo as the announcer.

Bonus to whomever can name the tune they are singing to - first to reply!

Enjoy.

I used to love that show when I was younger. I don't even know how I found it. It didn't even air in my Country and this was the day of the dinosaur whenever you couldn't just look everything up on the computer instantaneously.

This one was from a series that only aired for a couple seasons on Showtime. It's definitely "dark humor," but that's to be expected from a show entitled "Dead Like Me"

Wayne and Shuster...Canadian...These guys have the most appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show...if you don't know who Ed is, look him up...lol

*HELLO MR GAS MAN*

😂😂😂😂😂

😂😂😂

maybe not laugh out loud funny.

but faced with 2 potentially dangerous men this guy is like:

"omg you annoying guys need to leave before my wife gets home." 😂😂

there's just something really funny about that.

people were professional lovebombers back then.

now we're just stuck with negging.

also this kills me

directed by a virgo, starring a virgo

even in dark things or my own misfortunes, i usually find something funny

and sometimes i like to tell it in a way that kinda pokes fun at it

makes people think i'm trolling

another one with peter sellers

not laugh out loud funny but subtle

directed by a virgo, starring a virgo

I'm pretty good at trivia. In Canada we have a high school quiz competition called "Reach for the Top" and I was on my high school team. Some of our games were televised. I wasn't the smartest in the school, but there were students who didn't want to be on the team or did well in school but weren't big on trivia. Anyway, I was the captain of team and used to get some of my friends to fill spots when we needed them filled, sometimes they would just sit there, and other times they would surprise you. lol One of my nicknames at school was my "first name + my school's name" because that's how the moderator calls out for those buzzing in.

Anyway, here is Alex Trebek hosting the show when he was young before he moved on to Jeopardy.

This an old comedy skit from SCTV with Eugene Levy playing "Alex Trebel" hosting a high school quiz game called "High Q". Levy plays the dad in the American Pie series, and he's also the star of Schitt's Creek, which is worth watching -- he's hilarious. SCTV is where a lot of stars started out, like Levy, John Candy, Martin Short, and Catherine O'Hara. O'Hara plays the mom in "Home Alone" and she also play's Levy's wife in Schitt's Creek. Her character in this skit is killer!

This is Levy play Alex Trebel in the "adult" quiz show "Half Wits" where the thing is, no one has ever answered a question correctly and they are all tied for the lead. I think it's hilarious.

You can find a few more clips of Half Wits on Youtube.

SNL's Celebrity Jeopardy, with Sean Connery making fun of Alex Trebek constantly, among other things.

Definitely something I would say when someone became overly emotional or rambunctious.
