Contradiction on 2 legs

Hey leos!! i need you to tell me if you relate to the description im about to give you cuz im surprised leos could have this side to them.
My boyfriend is a leo. He's different from what all the sites usually say about leos. Well he regains the most basic few traits like being dominating, short tempered, loving himself and being social. But in relationships he seems completely the opposite of the typical leo.
For starters...he doesn't like me dressing up or wearing too much make up. He likes me to wear boyish clothes, loose tshirts and pull overs n just be casual and laid back with him. Secondly, he doesn't jump into relationships...he takes his time, thinks it through..becomes the girl's friend..judges compatibility and then asks them out. Ok the freakiest one yet..like all leos he has a big appetite for sex. But he is NOT the type to rush it. in fact, he gives the girl a LOT of time before he even holds hands or kisses. I find this strange..as leos are supposed to come on strong in a relationship. And also, he is SO NOT jealous at all. When i questioned him about that (we've been dating for 4 years but hasn't been jealous for even a day) he laughs and tells me ''Do i really look like the kind of guy who'd pick a girl who might cheat on me? No. Then why would i ever need to feel jealous just becuz she's hanging with some other dude?''
He is OCD about keeping things neat and clean. I'm the virgo here..but he keeps things more squiggly clean and sparkly than i could ever
And he's not dramatic about emotions.. he's shy when it comes to showing real emotions which is again shocking.
Finally... the part about leos being outdoorsy.. This guy doesn't play a damn sport. He prefers reading! The only physical activity which he does frequently is bashing people up :/ gahh..im so lost. Is he even leo?!!

Well for starters, I am a leo and know a lot of other leos, both male and female. I was wondering where you got your info on leo traits because they sound like virgo influences not leo. The leo men I know are very, and i mean very, passionate and loving and tend to jump into relationships head first and ask questions later. They are shy about talking but very open about sex. They take their time and like to be thorough on most things but being physical is not among those. Lions may live outdoors but that doesn't mean leos are all outdoorsy. We appreciate the beauty of nature and all it entails on an esoteric level more than anything.
When it comes to the way you dress for him it sounds more like he encourages you to be androgenous so that you won't attract other men. If you don't attract attention he will not have to deal with it. Most leos will work hard not to hurt other's feelings or bash them so I'm not sure where that comes from either.

Hmmmm...sounds like he has some Virgo in his chart to me.
Your sun sign is only part of who you are as mentioned above. I have some Virgo in my chart and definitely have Virgo tendencies (Perfectionist, like things clean, shy about relationships until I know how someone feels about me) If you know his birthdate and time of birth it might help explain a lot about your Leo man.

1) I prefer the natural look. I usually like my women to have antural beauty. Plus, Im the only one who needs to be glamorous in a relationship.
2)I dont jump into relationships either. If I want to fuck you, ill fuck you and do a danm good job. But If I like you, I want to savor every moment, and I want things to be romantic.
3)I dont ever jump into sex with someone I could see myself with long-term. I have vibrators, ya know.

It sounds like you have a great leo, so why are you confused? You want a stubborn asshole? Because im sure there are tons of women who would trade their asshole leos and libras for whatever mix of a man you have.

i did a birth chart for him and turns out there's a LOT of virgo on his chart. He's not a cusp.. he's a proper leo (August 4th) His moon is Taurus. and his mercury, venus and mars are ALL in virgo. No wonder he shows all these traits. Its just every other leo i've met has been different from him. So i was confused . But either way..he's great the way he is! ^^ Thanks a bunch again

So he is a moon in Taurus? that means he wants to have his feet on the ground. so he will likely be very practical in some ways. I have sun leo and taurus moon and i can see all angles of a problem and a fair solution. i am quick to attach and slow to let go. I am not neat freak but I don't like dirt and I like organization. I am attached to my possessions and I especially don't like other people touching my stuff without my permission.
I like my lover to be my friend. I love the guy i am dating but if he walked away, I would move on believing he missed out but I would still want to keep him as a friend. I think I have good judgment but people can suck me in. I know it and I fight against it. I hate manipulation and I prefer people to tell me what they want instead of making me guess.
I don't think there is a typical Leo. There is a difference between July and August Leos I think or so I have noticed. I think it's the virgo influence versus cancer influence but I could be wrong. Who says a Leo cannot admit when she is wrong?lol
