Ever feel like you get over people TOO easily?

Even if they matter quite a bit you find yourself being fine without them even though it's only been like a week?
This has always bugged me, when something bothers me it's mostly in that hot minute where my head goes mad but it takes litetally 15 minutes to get back on track and later just days to get over the situation and that person as whole.
Makes me feel disconnected to everybody I feel some kind of bond with (except for my family)
