Whatever that's supposed to mean..this Leo guy and I have been friends since July but recently things kinda got serious, feeling were felt all that jazz, ive met his mom/grand mom, sister, brother pretty much everyone and for some reason he introduces me as his "boo" (we haven't decided to be exclusive w/ each other which is fine) the "boo" thing is really Not the problem however his friends/family members reaction to it is a bit odd (I might be over thinking this feel free to let me kno) today for instance he invited me to attend an annual holiday party at his job he introduced me to one of his co-workers and said: this is *name* my boo. Co-worker says: WHAT? (Looking dumbfounded) Your Boo?? Leo guy: Yep!
Co-worker: oh..hi
Me: hello
Everyone's reaction has been pretty much the same (shocked) what do you guys think of this is there a cause for concern?

I personally don't like the term "boo" unless it's in jest. Regarding him... Maybe they're shocked because Leo are usually hound dogs so when they settle down it's serious and "boo" is usually designated to someone you seriously like so.. Good?
Clueless-he works with a bunch of men all lacking mannerisms in the same regard.
Trashedbliss- I was thinking almost the same thing. He is a player didnt know it was a leo trait smh.

Boo, please...don't press over that. I have been called that SO many times...I am not your "Boo", such a loosely used term. Me and about the othe 5-10 women. If I am yours then claim me as your woman, your only. I am not a little girl or just another Boo. Right now...call it part of his following.
