ok, that was kinda confusing to pull apart to be honest. sounds to me like he wants to get with u. he made it blatantly obvious by trying to hug/kiss u and make ur bf jealous. he's telling u all this because, even though he has feelings for u, he's implying that he may not be too available at the same time. would u be willing to go with him if he weren't around much? i am a manager/PR rep for a band so i know how the musician's life can be. it's a difficult juggling act. one of my boys is married with a kid and i hear plenty about it. personally, i wouldn't get too involved at this age. just remain friends, possibly with bennies if the opportunity arises. plus, he's a young male. divide and conquer.
