Is there a chance?

So I'm trying to step out my comfort zone a bit here, my best friend is a Leo woman and we have been friends for 2 years now. When we first met I was with my ex girlfriend which I just got over her recently. So my Leo friend and I started hooking up for a little bit, but at the time I had no interest in her romantically. A few months went by and she just got angry that I didn't see her as a girlfriend so instead of cutting me off she just grew distant and walked away. For awhile it didn't bother me because I was healing from a breakup and I didn't care that she went missing.
As months went by she came back in the picture and we began hanging out again, not as much as before but a little bit overtime, she had a new boyfriend so we stopped having sex and I was just happy to have my friend back.
That guy cheated on her and about 2 months later she's back with another new boyfriend, I began to have feelings for her out of no where, when I realized how pretty she was in this dress she had on and how caring she was to her family that takes advantage of her. I told her how I felt and she just laughed it off. So Leo women, would you give a guy a chance that you once liked but didn't feel the same way at the time?

I think there is a chance, yes, Leo's always got time for our dearest...
Expect things to develop over an extended period tho.
Realistically 6months. Maybe longer- if you're prepared to wait and demonstrate consistency fairly certain things could work out.

I would advise you to ask her out on a date with no hooking up afterwards to show her you want to spend time with her and take this seriously. She will reject your advances but eventually she will see that you are sincere and have changed. If she doesnt then she is not the girl for you and you're better as friends.

The sexual tension ain't helping. I think she might take a chance but understand she probably was very hurt at that Time when you rejected her. I would if my feelings are still there.
