Leo man ...how to proceed?

Earlier last year he came into my work place and asked if he could hang up flyers for his business on our public board. He was very friendly, smiling, and courteous. Each time he's come in, regardless of which employee serves him, he always waves or tells me hello. He seems to be a friendly type of person so I didn't really take an exception to his behavior. A couple of days ago, he came in. I served him. We had to do dome paperwork which required me to see his drivers license. We started a discussion about his sun sign being a Leo. I asked if he knew what time he was born. He did, which is how I was able to get his placements. He asked why I asked about the birth time. Joking I said "because I'm gonna run you to see what you're all about". We both laughed, maintained eye contact, and had some light conversation....until another customer came in...sigh. He seemed like he didn't want to leave, hesitated a bit, then asked if I needed anything more for the paperwork. He owns a taxi service. He said,"Call me if you need a ride. We"ll work something out."

I don't need a ride but would like to call him. I don't know if it was just him doing business or flirting. I do NOT want to come off as being forward but am not sure if his invitation to call was putting the ball in my court.

Taurus Moons are apparently very chill btw. Mars and Venus in the same sign, if conjunct... could be interesting.

Well, as a Leo male I'm not sure if he was putting the ball in your court! They may have different behaviour than females.
BUT, if it's only for a cab ride, why don't you try it? It couldn't hurt, right? You're requesting a service, and willing to pay for it, nothing intentional *whistles* AND, if he likes you, most probably the cab ride will be free because we love to be useful and warm and friendly to new acquaintances (more so if we're interested haha)

So, I'd say try the ride and go with the flow to see what happens! If he's into you he'll come up with something about how to proceed 😉

Oh, and about the little I know about Taurus moon or Cancer venus, I think they like slow and steady advances.

So, what in getting from the responses is that because he's a Leo he will let me know if he is interested. But because of his Venus and Moon he will do it slowly. Perhaps that is what has been occurring over the last several months with his waves and hellos, then with the conversation we exchanged the other day. Should I be more aggressive? Maybe ask him to lunch? Call him? Or take that taxi ride?

Though, paying for a ride in his cab won't be bad for business too.
