I like to go to eat and travel .. he likes home cooked meals and saving money... I try to cook more... idk what to do honestly... I think I should move on...but I really love him and want to get married to him

Sounds like you two aren’t working out. He’s probably not going to make you happy in the long run. I would try to think more clearly if he is really someone you can spend forever with. Especially since you all have been “breaking up for a year.”
Me being a Libra match well with Leo women, 3yrs is a longtime but if a mutual compromise can't be mad then the remaining future will be bleak. Don't sweat there's more Libra men out there.
Going to say, I doubt the relationship only hinges on whether or not you cook. Make sure you get to the real core of the issue as to why the Libra wants to break up. If this truly is the only issue, then you'll need to learn to compromise and stop spending so much. Being financially responsible is not a negative trait in a partner.

Going out to eat often drains the pocket book pretty fast. The Libra may not see the point in blowing that much money all of the time. I say this as a person who likes to go out to eat, but who also likes to cook a lot too. If you learn to cook well, going out to eat can seem a bit unnecessary. There's nothing wrong with cooking and wanting to save money.

The question is how often are you going out vs. staying inside? We Leos can have extravagant tastes, which we sometimes need to curb when it becomes too costly. If you're going out all of time, then cut it down.

There are very few things I can't make. I haven't made my own sushi yet. Will be tackling that soon.
I think it's something bigger than just cooking and saving money.. he has a lot of fears about our future.. he will say he doesnt want to be mr. Mom.. he says he has a lot of baggage from his past relationship with his child's mother... I'm also not very domestic but I do try to deep clean at least 1x a week
