Selfish Leos

So googling Leos i seem to get a lot of hits regarding Leo's being selfish... sadly i must say that my leo is selfish too... i find that it has more to do with Male leos rather than women...

On the other hand, everyone is a little bit selfish and this trait might be useful for many in order to survive or to save their identity. definitely feel you shul but in terms of relationship where it there should be some reciprocity... i mean i do a lot for the relationship.. so its not even about survival... we are supposed to be a team but i cannot depend on him.

Heck no, by no means. I'm a giver, and a provider. What happens is people expect this from us 24/7 and the moment we try to have our "me" time, people start flipping out. I have never been selfish with others, even those that p!ss me off. As a leo, helping people out is one of the best feelings. I think it's how others interpret it. Example, if a Leo man isn't as romantic as his girlfriend, then she can view it as selfish. Leo's are all about the people, just that it changes when people want our personal time constantly. So in the end, I think it's just a point of view.

I don't think Leo's are selfish, I think that we're self centered, there is a huge differenced. I'd do anything for anybody...while talking about myself the whole time. I've tried to work on this trait bc people generally don't like it, but it's hard to change who you are.

Yes some are but same for every sign. Leos also come off as selfish because others can be insecure. There are selfish leos but some also can come off that way.
You can shop around and choose the best man for you. What is the problem. I heard of women who used unselfish leos and manipulated them. Leos need to protect their hearts. I perosnally believe we have te biggest heart in the zodaic and that needs protection from undesirable people.


right... i get it... but cancers do too... so if the heart is open... and willing to do anything to make a person happy... then why hold back?

that's just one example, i dont wanna get into the rest of the stuff but if that aint selfish i dont know what is lol .... or rather inconsiderate may be more accurate lol

He loves you to flatter him in a smart way, because he can differentiate so very well between meaning what you say and kissing his ass! It isn't being selfish, you're right, it's more like being inconsiderate. The issue with this stems from you not communicating your expectations. Just because you did something doesn't mean it should automatically be reciprocated.
The problem I see with water signs is, when they give/do something, it comes with expectations. You need to learn to give something FREELY. No strings attached to it.

If you don't ask the right questions, the answers you get won't be of much use and will only mislead.
You're motivated to ask your question because you see selfishness (on his part) manifesting in your relationship. So what *exactly* is going on? Tell us what he's actually doing and how that makes you feel, and whether it's "selfish" or some other thing, maybe in response to something *you* happen to be doing.
Yes, Leos can be selfish, but unless it's purely for discussion's sake, if we dont look at it within the context of *your* relationship, then you'll make assumptions based on something that might not even be happening in the first place (i.e., his alleged selfishness.)
And keep in mind that, astrologically at least, Cancer is as watery as water signs get. You're going to interpret your needs from that perspective. And what might seem perfectly normal and healthy for a Fire sign might seem threatening (emotionally and in terms of security) to you.

Well im a leo and i always bring back food for my men when i get some for me or atleast i text him to know if he wants some... at first he would tell me nope im good and then like steal the bacon on top of my pizza or like eat half of it and it would piss me off... so one day i told him that if he wants something its really not a problem... but to back off my food if he says no thank you... and it worked now he tells me what he wants and doesnt eat my bacon anymore... so maybe you should tell him that would be nice he got some extra to share with you when he brings back delicious chinese food...

Absolutely. I'm selfish because I love satisfying my own needs first. But I believe in Karma too. Actually, I fear Karma. So I try to treat people the same way as I myself want to be treated.
My needs may clash with others but there are ways to compromise and make win-win situations. I believe in that too.

just be a good person and dont harm other people. be considerate of others. You dont need to "think" of what karma is gonna do to you, but that just being a considerate person, of other's feelings is nice. However, if they slap you first, it's hard not to slap back.
that's when the fight begins. My mother was telling me today how when she was young, girl bullies used to pick on her, but then she also made friends with other bullies. And that no matter how much time has passed, or generations.....there will always be bullies in life. And there will always be girls who are softer and kinder.

I like leo girls i have been with 2, they are playful , full of ego, get irritated fast, easy to make jaleous and manipulate , they are seduced by strong athletic men bodies, they play games sometimes but they are not good at it, i can see the game before it starts hehe, nonetheless i like them as lovers,by the way.
