i suggest that u stop trying to figure out how to cater to him. how would u normally present urself to a friend in a time of need? always stay true to YOU. be consistent. the relationship will run its course the way it was meant to no matter how hard u try to mould urself to him. i've done it in my past and it doesn't work that way. the only time u should alter any of ur behavior is if he verbalizes that it makes him uncomfortable. until then...
Why are you dying for his "Forgivness". I read your last posts and i dont really think you did anything much to even feel guilty and i am sorry its not him who needs to forgive but its you.
I know i am going to sound mean but may be you should consider having some selfrespect.
"Anyway are u thinking I should forget about him altogether? At this point I am being a friend to a friend in need. So not even thinking too far ahead. I like him as a person otherwise and wanted the opportunity again to get to know him. "
Well that depends on u. Beside we here just know your side of the story. may be he just got pissed of with u doubting him etc or may be felt like being draged in your and your friend issue for no reason. I dont know. If he got pissed of with your behavior then its just ok but if he got hooked up with your friend or intended to do so then i guess he is not the great guy to be with.
Its all your call but just wanted to say that its fine , infact good to be understanding or keep ego aside or be the calmer one in a relationship but its important to know when you being understanding or when you letting others take advantage of you.

My advice would be don't let his life DISTRACT you, meaning don't get caught up in his stuff, try having more fun when your around him, leo men are easily led IMO and if you shift the vibe he will follow, stop being scared about if your doing it right and just be your natural fun loving self, he will love it. Leo men tend to have a lot of unresolved stuff in there lives, you can easily lose focus if you get caught up in his life...Don't
Your goal is to get from dating to girlfriend and you really can't get there by being caught up in his life drama's. Next time he talks about his ex do or say something unrelated but funny or look at something interesting in his home and point out how big and great it is or touch his muscles and remind him how strong he is (yep make it about him they love that kind of stuff) to jolt him OUT of that mood. It's imporant not to let a man's STUFF distract you from having fun with him.
Your dating so seeing him less is actually appropriate, until you 2 become a couple you won't see each other a lot, the only thing you can do when it's like this is either take a risk and say I would love to see more of you or you can say nothing and allow the process to flow naturally from him to you and be PATIENT and allow the momentum of seeing each other build. Right now 2 times in 2 week sounds sufficient when dating a man. Once you become a couple you should see each other more. In the mean time focus less on him and more on your life, he will call soon enough.
If you need dating confidence, you will only get that confidence by DATING MORE, that means date other men and read any and everything you can get your hands on that will help you learn how to be a great date. You will know when your doing the wrong things, when a man stops calling or only calls for sex if that doesn't apply to you then I wouldn't worry about it.
