Me and my leo have been together for 3 months. Hes been telling me he wants to move the relationship along and he texted me all these things saying I'm special and how he doesnt do just anything for anyone besides me because I'm different. We went out on a date and he opened up his heart to me and told me how he isnt happy inside and how hes depressed but it has nothing to do with me. He then texted me later that night saying he needs to figure things out and he will be fine with me dating other guys. Is he testing me or is he just embarrassed that he was vulnerable? Why did he do that?

Take him very literally. Go out and date.

Drama and attention. He knows he has you and now wants to keep you while dating other women.

Just turn the tables and do it back.

Then disappear for a weekhahaha and set up dates.

Only three months? That is not a great sign. He either has self esteem issues (and is actually depressed) OR he is trying to breakup with you by letting you down lightly. Either way he is nervous about furthering your relationship. Problem is if he's acting out of low self esteem/depression, you can not fix him. That is an issue he will need to tackle on his own internally. You can be supportive, but I recommend not dating a person who will tear down the relationship due their own issues. If he is trying to break up with you lightly, then you have dodged a bullet and should find someone who can last longer than the honeymoon phase.
