Hello I'm a Cap & recently I've been dating a Leo. He has said from jump he didn't want a relationship so I focused on just being friends. But he kept pursuing me. Introducing me to friends, family. He's super affectionate. He pays for everything when we go out & he talks about our future often BUT he keeps reminding me he doesn't want a relationship. Now me being the girl, it's usually the girl bringing up the whole "what are we?" "Where are we going?" But it's him! He's always talking about us, trying to figure us out. He was the one who established we were dating. What is he doing? I've never dated a Leo before & he's confusing me. I'm trying to be patient because he just got out of a relationship at the beginning of the year but this is super confusing. This is a lot for me because I hate dating in the first place & I'm this close to walking away completely & not even maintaining a friendship. So someone help!
Sounds to me like he's scared. Why not just ask him? I know I would much rather be asked about my actions than someone assume what they mean. 
I have asked & he'll say I didn't say I never wanted a relationship I just don't want one right now. Idk how to get him to understand as a cap that's hard for me. If I feel like what we're doing is pointless then why are we doing it? He gets super defensive & he try's to make it seem like it's me but I know it's not just me. This has been going on for 8 months. I think I've been very patient especially considering I DON'T BRING IT UP! But idk what to do.
