When to give in to a Leo?

This is my question. My Leo and I have been chatting for about 3-4 months. He tells me he has deep feelings for me and compliments me to no end. In fact, I am perfect in every way. He has shown great respect for me as we spent our first ever time alone together and we hugged and kissed the entire time. He didn't even attempt anything sexual. He has told me he respects me and I believe him. So does he sound like a Leo in love and is it safe to take the next step?

No I am not a Leo...Scorp/Sag cusp. He keeps telling me I am perfect in every way!!!!Rather hard to believe when you've been told the complete opposite your entire life!!
