Why is this Leo guy confusing me?? PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I wanted to know what is in this Leo guys mind, or atleast wht he wants from me... I am a Cancer girl....
He is my neighbor, about 26 and I am 21.... We met 2 years back through my sister. I am a foreigner in his country... Since then he started coming to my house, and soon got very close to my family.. I am a very reserved person, also very shy, and he is the complete opposite. Very direct, At first i tried to talk as less as possible with him, but soon I gt very attracted to his personality, behavior and him roaming around my house... Found out he is quite detached frm his family...
Soon, for the first time someone (him) brought me out of my shell and I started opening up to him, with my feelings.. I didnt tell him anything directly, but I started coming infront of him more often, talking more, smiling more, blushing more whn he complimented me...my body language changed as well, become more friendly and caring. I dnt talk much, but our eyes would really talk, i could feel it.... Though m nt so direct but I am sure he knew that I liked him. He has given many obvious clues to me, but never actually said he likes me.... like he asked me, "y dnt u get urself involved in a relationship, ur so beautiful, m sure many guyz must b trying" but thn whn i replied that " i didnt find nyone yet" and he went like pointing at himself and saying LOOK AROUND.... but when we were alone at times, he goes very reserved like me and tries to make me comfortable, but donest confess nything....
Everything was going very well, till recently he has gotten a girlfriend. I dnt knw what happened, i was terribly heartbroken, but thn decided to keep my distance and self respect. He also has some other female friends, but till now if he sees me talking to any guy, or if i m in a group pic with any guy, he will ask a lot of questions about those guyz. Like he will b stocking me. He even gets angry with those guyz which is clearly visible in his face....
If he gets me upset by nything which he says and I lessen down my conversations with him, he gets restless, coming at my place and trying to talk 2 me indirectly (like with my other family members about me, how i m angry with him)... and if I still ignore, his face gets more restless. After I started ignoring him (when I found out he already has a girl friend and i didnt wanted 2 b the 3rd person) he still comes to my place routinely, and whn i dnt show up for 2 days (minimum) he'll look for weird weird ways to talk to m

I've got my ice bucket out and it's hard but the cold-shoulder says volumes. at some point it's on him to figure it out
