WTH is this venus in leo guy doing?

First of all, some of you might know about the post I wrote a while ago about venus in leos.
Just an update and a little bit of history, I had been seeing this venus in leo guy for 2 months or so. But he was not putting in much effort so I ended up dating another guy. Meanwhile, he didn't even ask why I stopped talking to him (maybe its his cancer sun that never texts/talks much). Anyways, I was okay with that because I stopped caring about this venus in leo and moved on.
Now this V in leo guy is in some of my classes and since the last two weeks ever since the term started, he has been saying Hi and being sweet, which kinda threw me off. Then a week ago we went out with some friends and he saw me there. He started getting touchy but I was flirting with another guy the whole night because I came to the "get together" with the other guy. While we were at the party, noticed that the V in leo guy was noticing me most of the time, yet he kept shamelessly flirting with other girls. He kept a close distance with me and constantly was around me but yet he didnt try to dance with me or make a move. He was picking on girls who already had bfs and ignoring the ones who actually wanted to dance with him. At the end of the night, he ended up making out with a girl who pretty much threw herself on him, still noticing me the whole time.
Then I said something to him about how he didnt put on his shirt right, and he goes "Dont worry about it" I thought that was so rude. I didn't say a word (as he was drunk). But at the end of the night while he was saying bye to everyone, he came to me and says, "Okay bye, hope you have a great night." By this time he had officially pissed me off and I just left without saying anything.
I am kinda pissed because he is just rude. And I dont know why is trying to be mean to me while touching me and looking at me the whole time.

You moving on to that other guy really broke his trust and I don't know if he'll be able to trust you from there. But you're in a pickle but trying to win his love will be futile because he never showed much interest before.
Cancer with a Scorp moon he's going to be vindictive. Reason for him being mean to you. If you moved on and start flirting with other guys it will really get to him. Make him jealous, he will try to get back at you by being mean and biting. Do you guys run in the same circle of friends?

Yeah we have the same circle of friends @Xtina but I haven't done anything wrong to him. I just moved on cause I am just not the kind of person that would wait around for someone, especially if they are not even talking to me that much.
You are probably right though, I just dont know whether he is doing this for attention or for revenge?
He looks at me alot though, almost like making me want him back sorta way. But I am gonna be mean back to him if he continues...
What do you think?

I understand the way he's acting and it pissed me off too when he tried to be all nice through texting after our break up, but I didnt follow through cause he had me n lost me so, he doesnt deserve my attention now. I believe its the best thing to do to avoid any heartache that im sure will definitely happen if i followed through his clumsy gestures. Know what u want n go for it.. its all what i can say to u

It seems ur still not totally over it like me cos of the way things ended so vaguely. I played along sometimes and other times ignored him and when he wanted to talk about things between us i was straightforward but not rude, I dont like being rude to people in general so I'd rather ignore. I don't find being nice is good also cos if ur not feeling like being nice to him, it will make u feel like having fake relationships with ppl, which really puts me off. so yeah whatever floats ur boat.. Until today I kinda igmore him tbh and im fine with it cos if i play nice, those feelings will rise to the top n i dont want them! I'm seeing someone new as well. Good luck

sounds to me like he has not let you go. he is being dramatic to make sure you notice him. maybe also to make you jealous.
if you are not interested, you have to put him in his place once and for all.
if you are interested, then clearing things up is the only way to end the drama. if you ignore him, he will likely do more to get your attention til you talk to him.
