A Dozen Red Roses

this libra friend of mine sent me a dozen roses today at work it was so sweet, he is really a sweet guy and I have been on a couple of dates with him but I feel nothing but friendship. When I even started to date him I was going thru a break from a relationship and unfournately I am still not over that relationship and I told the libra that yesterday and on his card with the roses he wrote" I understand the last one was a rough one but I am willing to wait."
I just dont wanna hurt his feeling and I don't know how to take this but I know honesty is the best answer.

You have to be totally honest and tell him that you will never reciprocate his feelings. He obviously feels there is hope for you two. You haven't made this clear enough yet! It may sting a little but best now before he gets too involved. Also you may have to limit your contact with him too, that will help stop him from getting more ideas and convincing himself that all he has to do is be patient and wait for you.

Thanks ladies, I had stop spending time with him but then he got tickets to see Keith Sweat who we both love mutually we both are into music so I didn't want to turn him down. After this last weekend I will have like you said stop spending time with him and just be honest, also he has only tried to kiss me and when I say kiss I mean kiss on the check that is as far as our relationship has went.

Pay for your ticket, accepting him paying for you is not a friend but a gf.
He has put a lot of thought into sweeping you off your feet, and by you letting him know your non-intention early on will help him to realise there is nothing more!

eh. Libras like romance more than a relationship. We move a lot slower in our hearts than we act. I've bought stuff for friends before, things that could have seemed like romantic gestures.
if he only tried to kiss you on the cheek, I wouldn't worry. You can hang out and accept gifts. Just don't make any moves or lead him on. Libras like to crush on people. It feels nice.
