Anyone familiar with The Oatmeal comics?

I've been a fan of these comics for years. The guy who created them, Matt Inman, has been able to do amazing things with his following and comics.
He's used his fan base, humor, sense of justice, and a bit of charm to raise a shit ton of money for various causes.
When some asshat website tried to sue him when they were clearly in the wrong, he mocked them, raised beyond the requested sum of 20k, and donated the entire 140k to a cancer charity.
He wrote epic comics about Tesla and how underrated he was. He began a fundraiser to save Tesla's lab in New York, and proceeded to generate more donations in order to create a Tesla museum at this lab. The initial goal was like 850,000. That was reached within 9 days and the overall sum raised ended up being a little over 2 mil including a grant from the state.
Most recently, he and a few guys went in on a card game called Exploding Kittens and put it up on Kickstarter. At the end of day 1, they'd raised 1.2 mil. Their initial goal was only 10k. In the end, they were able to get 8.8 mil, the largest Kickstarter Campaign ever.
Needless to say, the guy's impressive with his following based on his hilarious and twisted comics.
Last night, I discovered he was a Libra (September 24, 1982). I loled.

The solution to sex ed ftw.

Haha, the food one cracked me up. Dude sounds awesome. Good birthday. Bet he's a cusper.
Yeah, his sense of humor is twisted and random, which makes it awesome haha.
He's hawt too.
It's been interesting to see him make his way, though. Nobody really knew what he looked like until a few years ago when his site's popularity started garnering interviews and appearances at events.
It's still pretty amazing what his following and comics have accomplished in the last few years, funding wise.
When I realized he was a Libra, I loled because looking back on everything, I see him using a lot of those traits to get this stuff working for him and others haha.
i like this one.
