From my experience, most libra aren't weak, they just don't have their priorities together at times, and try to charm their way out of it

I don't know about libra women, but the libra men I came across were weak as hell. All the Libra men I know lack a backbone. The rational behind it could be whatever a libra man wants it to be: "too lazy to care", "too scared to rock the boat", "I just want to be liked by everyone, so I don't mind looking weak and getting trampled over", "I'm a sycophant", and the list goes on....

Depends on the situation. The placements in their charts. I'm very nice when i fall in love, very genourous and yes i tend to over look things when i care about a person sooo much. I call it trying to give them a chance, other's call it being a push over. However once they've proven that they are exactly what i thought, i can be cold, and distant just as quickly as i was nice and generous. One the attraction on my end is gone, i become someone completly different. I tend to say whatever comes to mind because i no longer care what that person thinks.
In friendships it's the same way. I'm not very confrontational, but i can hold my own when pushed. I've been told when I'm pushed that my tongue can be razor sharp. I kill with my nonchalant attitude and my words sometimes.
With family, they are probably the people i'm most leniant with. I love my family completely. When i'm mad at them, or if they do me wrong i simply just cut off communication and no one will hear from me for a while.

I think the Libra thing is more of a passive issue than a weakness one. I don't need for things to go my way. I don't need people to bend to my will on trivial matters. I am not weak, I am just not an aggressive person. There is no positive or negative association with aggressive here. In some ways it may be a "don't rock the boat" way of thinking but I'm okay with that... I don't like when the boat is rocking. It's still not weakness though because if the boat actually NEEDS a rocking, I'll flip that bitch with a quickness. I don't understand why so many people seem to view a "go with the flow" personality as a bad thing. I wish a few more people would get over themselves and just let things ride sometimes.

I am not weak, I am just not an aggressive person. There is no positive or negative association with aggressive here. Go with the flow is not a bad thing at all. I think it's taking a stand when it needs to be taken that is referred to or sharing your thoughts/ideas, no matter how controversial they are. The libra men I know are a lil too go with the flow. The other day, a good libra friend of mine, was talking to a girl about the whole Chris Brown and Rhianna debacle. The girl said something moronic like how it's ok if your man beats you once in the blue moon as long as he's rich and spends lots of money on you. The libra and I both highly disagreed with her because we both looked at one another. However, I kept quiet because I wanted to see if my Libra friend would take a stand and share his opinion. He just laughed it off and said, 'you have a point'. I don't stand for such greedy/gold digging/pro woman abusive comments, so I jumped in and asked the girl if she was for real? When she said she was being real, there came a heated debate. Libras, I find, don't share their controversial thoughts, lest they be disliked or offend someone.

I think there are a lot of reasons for a Libra (possibly much more so the men than women) to try and pretend to be something they're not. Caring about what other people think of them is a big part of that.
But once they let that go and focus on embracing both the positives and negatives of the sign, they have the strength to last the distance. I certainly went through an extended period of weakness to re-learn what I was all about. Now that's done, I wouldn't trade my scales for anything else on the table mate.


Attaboy for being honest about your sign, unlike many libras who don't seem to see what most people come here complaining about.

To me when it comes to this libra I'm trying to get rid of, everything is a joke, it's his self protection shield he uses just to not face reality, I tell him this all the time, trying to twist words around, acting like nothing happened, kinda like the Scorpio, but to me libras talk way too much with no action to follow, the charm is only in the mouth piece, if u don't catch it, u'll be in for a roller coaster ride I never seen coming

I think when I had no place to hide in front my mother and just accepted her for who she was (she has some annoying tendencies that let down my expectations of her) I learnt that you jab people on an everyday basis, keep it even and you won't need to blow up. Give as good as you get and you quickly learn which people will be worth keeping around, who keeps you mentally stimulated... and who will only ever be pretty talk. There are also a couple of experiences where I've learnt more from having an enemy than a thousand friends on any given day.
The banter is the only thing that keeps anyone entertained at the end of the day, plus it keeps some people in line... more often than not those people are the people that you care about.

Absolutely. That's the biggest irony in life though, took me the majority of my 27 years to figure out that it's actually the people closest to you that need the most jabs lol I'll definitely admit growing up as a young Libra you want it to be the other way around but it isn't. so just roll with it.
The way I see it, why put off learning what someone is made of tomorrow when you can find out today? I never used to be that competitive but I learnt an important lesson in Italy that i'll never forget. Respect isn't given or earnt, it's taken.

It's really just another way to say exactly what you're saying. The saying probably sounds different in Italian then it does in English, but it essential means that respect is waiting for you to get in every corner every day, you just have to be willing to take it. Not that you force anyone to see your way. It's splitting hairs but some Libras need to hear it put that way (me) for their mind to understand it.
And indeed, I started the process of having any and everything I could hide behind stripped from me at 23-24. I'm glad it happened then rather than happening later.


I thought you were lebanese? You mentioned in one of your posts that you were half leb. Am I mistaken?

The bottom line is when I went to Italy I found somewhere that could tolerate my Lebanese side coming out. The majority of my life I've been based in London, UK where British people apologize for EVERYTHING. For looking at you the wrong way, for breathing... everything.
You hang around the sorry culture so much until it becomes a part of you.
Then I went to Milan and they slap that stuff right out of you. Same as in Beirut. I'd forgotten what it was like. One of my clients I work closest with is both half Lebanese and half Italian, so you can imagine the end result of blending two of the most arrogant nationalities that world has ever seen lol but that's who I'm most comfortable around. I like to know where I stand with people.


I'm Arab from my father's side so I know the whole slap it out of you.lol. Ohh la la!! Half leb and half Italian. Lebanese is one of the hottest race out there and known as the best looking Arabs, and Italian is also known to be a hot race. Going by the mixture, your friend is expected to be arrogant, hot headed and good looking..lol

Good for you guys if you only see a glass, but whats the point of having a glass if its not used... not filled or half filled with anything. Its hollow.

I can't tell them apart sometimes. The only reason I'd give the spot to virgo is because they are super smart and have that airy feel to them. I also agree with lets talk about love with libras. They excel in that topic. My libra male friend was crying, as in whining, on the phone yesterday about being single of Valentines. Well i've came in contact with male libra's. I only truly liked one. He was smooth, cool and sweet, but not push-over sweet. but Kind like respectful. The only reason he and i didn't work is because he let me know up front that he and someone else were on a break and taking some time apart. So we just had fun.
Another Libra guy i met, was very challenging, probably too because he was way too much like me. Which got kind of frustrating at times, and funny at other times.
I dont get feminine from them. I get cool, calm and collected. If you say something they dont like they simply wont respond to you. Your not worth it. You do something they dont like, they'll tell you in a respectful calm way, if you dont change it they disappear. It's not weak to me, they just dont fight if they dont feel it's worth the battle.

That passivity is confused for weakness.
So is the laziness and being okay with others choosing instead of them.
Some need to grow a pair in some situations though. There's a time and a place for passivity, laziness, and indecisiveness. I think when they use it at inappropriate times is when it gets them in trouble the most and that's when they're viewed as "weak."

I always seem to do a lot of secret eye rolls with them or wish i was elsewhere interesting. Yeah I have the same dreamer gift and curse. A lot of people told me I need to learn how to be more in the moment. When you hear it more than once from a few people, you have to think it's decent advice. Surprisingly I am learning how to do just that now, but I still have moments where I will tune out mentally.
They say the biggest problem with dreamers is they always attract the crowd they've secretly been wanting and, once it's there, they never know what to do with it. They'll do this over and over again until they learn to become more well-rounded and lead by example rather than just speech.
