aries and libra?

I'm not dating or seeing anyone that is a Libra, but I work with a girl who I am becoming closer with that's a Libra. See seems extremely independent sometimes often cold to people. When she drinks everything comes out and she is always talking about how her past was so terrible and that she is a screw up. The common ground between us is that we have gone through almost the same sort of things, but I choose to take things in the best way possible and the things I have done wrong I ask God for forgiveness and move on. I want to help her and I'm not giving up. Even if it is one little thing at a time. Although it seems like it goes in one ear and out the other, I won't let her beat herself up. I want to help. So anyone that is a Libra I was wondering what are some ways of getting through to you? I need a little advice!

The best thing you can do is be a sounding board. You can give her all the advice you want but she will never listen. She needs to figure it out herself. You will probably become frustrated and exasperated by the futility of your efforts.
What can I say? We are stubborn. lol!
I am sure my best friend has banged her head many a time when after months of saying this I finally come to the conclusion that I should do this on my own. Don't take it personal. It isn't.
