Do any other Libra Risers have a tendency to put on a false personality?

With people that know me? No.

I do notice that initially people think I'm more social than I actually am but I'm just being polite. lol

Yeah. I do it all the time. It's just me being nice because I don't know you. No one thinks I'm silly though. But Jovial yes, but I'm also a Sag sun, so I'm happy anyways. Libra rising just makes me seem friendlier than I actually am.

It's short lived though and usually just first impressions.

Depends on other elements a Capricorn sun with Libra rising will be very different to a Sag sun with Libra rising.

Libras loves to be loved. Not being so is hard for them. But the rising means to me that they really want to be seen as the good guys/girls that people like. Doesn’t mean it’s false. Just means it’s what they’re trying to do/project their image out there to be. All rising signs are what we want people to think we are, so in a way, we are initially lying to each other if you follow your initial train of thought.

Its just that a lot of people that don't know me can't see me as an outdoorsman. I love fishing and hunting. People judges my character as a fun loving cartoon kid, guitar playing, beer drinking, tobacco chewing, pretty boy with just a pretty face that can't see me outdoors.

Yes...my Libra rising ex husband liked to give the impression he was a stock broker and gave free advice left and right.

He was just a private investor/trader obsessed with the stock market and able to talk incessantly about it.

I used to tell him that some strangers might even held him responsible for their misjudged trades and sue him!

True. I guess those are some of the first impressions I give off to people being that I'm so quiet and look weak. But what people don't know is that I can make a good lawyer and represent them in the highest court in the universe and win their case if I choose that profession. I only wish people can see that side to me and quit misjudging me of what I'm capable of doing just because I'm quiet.

I feel that of all the signs rising, Libra has it worst when it comes to dealing with people.

Are you a Libra rising? If you are then you'd understand where I'm coming from.
