Do Libra's Keep Secrets?

I know a Libra who is an acquaintance and he knows that I was going through a rough patch with my significant other. He told me that I could confide in him and what I say will stay between us. On the other hand a close friend of his says that when he drinks he has loose lips and that he lies a lot. Just curious because he really seems genuine...
Never tell anything that you have a problem repeating. For the most part Libra's can hold secrets but in this case you dont want anything being used against you later!
I can keep a secret like nobody's business. A lot of people confide in me, always unsolicited. When I say something, I mean it. Libra's definitely have a weakness for the boozey side of life, so I wouldn't say something you don't want somebody to hear...
The more you display your trust in a libra, the more he/she can keep that as a secret. if you try to use a libra for venting out your problems and then never care to be completely honest and often skip details inbtween, libra will talk someday to someone.
