Food poisoning

Stuck at work with food poisioning while there a severe severe thunderstorm is going on I can't leave ugh. Name a time you had food poisioning at the worst time.

At a party at work. It was Christmas time and I had to drive myself home pulling over frequently on the way to be sick. It would definitely have been worse in a foreign country though. Everything is.

Airport/airplane

Father's Day. Calling off on a holiday where I worked at the time was impossible. Via text, I'd warned the manager, who I was working with that night, the morning of that I had a feeling I was coming down with something but was waiting to see if it'd just pass in a few hours. I called work later that morning and officially tried to call out because I could barely stand up without having to throw up.

Was given SO much shit for it by the bitchy GM. The manager I'd texted called back 10 mins later and basically said eff her, she's a moron. Father's Day, while a holiday, wasn't a major one for us and they would be fine.

That was the sickest I've ever been in my life. Knocked me on my ass for 3 days and I was afraid to eat. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, tbh. I don't know which one it was, but it was god awful.

I had severe vomitings and fever almost a month ago. Dont know the cause, but oh God, I suffered a lot ?

I slept almost all the time for 3 days, and was starved.

many years ago - like maybe 17 ish - ended up in the hospital - it was the fast food where I worked - I was sick within a half hour of eating and had the most horrible headache and throwing up - couldn't stop - the ER wouldn't give me anything and sent me home to retch the rest of the night bringing up nothing but my insides ... horrible experience!
