The problem is that his scales are often equally balanced and because he can't decide between two choices, he does neither. Nic, deliberate, what don't you agree with? I think a Libra can stay faithful if his sexual desires are fulfilled, like with a Scorp. heeheeeheee!!
I agree queen, It bothers me that a lot of astrologists come across as its not a matter of if but when with a Libra.
Purely depends on our partners emotional and maturity level. When they know how to play us, we are the best partners one can get. But if they start busting our balls, then anything can happen.
