In what ways does your rising sign affect your sun sign (libra)?

If you're dominantly libra, how would taurus, cancer, libra and capricorn rising signs affect a libra's personality? If you've got personal experience interacting with people with these rising signs or if you have one of the following yourself, how does it affect you as a libra person? Details would be great.
It depends on what aspects you got touching your rising sign. example: I am a Pisces Sun with a Gemini Moon plus rising sign. Gemini is in the first house along with my Moon so others might see me as moody or caring. it also trine my Midheaven in Aquarius. So check in see what's in your first house and your 5th house is how you express yourself.
Sooooo if we are assuming rising and asc are the same? Mines is Scorpio. I'm not sure how a Sun sign affects a rising sign so don't know how to answer....sorry have alot to learn.Will keep tabs on this thread.

I'm a Libra rising with a Libra sun and I'm pretty much a what you see is what you get type of person. I'll admit I've tried molding myself for those I adored who disapproved of me but as I grew into myself i let that go. But I'm pretty much the same person from first impression.

For me, it would be my Mercury in Taurus; nothing wrong with this in itself, but I can just feel it clashing with my mostly Gemini-Leo placements all the time:
Rising-Cancer
Sun and Venus: Gemini
Moon and Mars: Leo
