What's the secret behind your expectional communication skills ?
I want to learn to express myself more clearly and to verbalize the things that are in my mind easly but i fails most of times,i think it's good to share your opinion with others 
I am careful with the words I choose to express myself. Like Sugarfoot said, I'm a quiet analytical type. I've had most of these conversations in my head already too. If something is on my mind, I go over and over it from every different angle and try to understand the variables.
General conversation I just listen and respond. Too many people simply wait their turn to talk. The "secret" to conversation is actually having a back and forth. Listen, don't just be quiet for a second.
