To the OP, you really need to chill out. The way your post reads, you are making a bunch of something out of nothing. You said yourself he's sick so I'm having difficulty understanding what the problem is here. And also just because he was online doesn't mean he's really there. I am signed into Skype all the time and sometimes even I forget to change my availability status. This is common especially on a mobile device. if you are jumping to conclusions like this and you only started dating, you might be turning him off because you can be a lot to handle and he needs a break.

Chill. When I'm sick I don't want to be bothered by anyone except some medicine to make what ever is hurting stop. I want to rest and be left alone. There have been times when my ex brought me medicine and food but I still wanted his ass to just lay there next to me and leave me be until I feel better. I can be quite the grouch when sick and I don't care how I look either.
