Libra with a lot of Scorpio, honest thoughts?

I recently became interested more profoundly and in astrology after years reading stuff on magazines, books and the internet (like these forums) and I always felt like a true Libra but it turns out I am:
Rising sign:Scorpio
Moon:Scorpio
Mercury:Scorpio
Venus: Scorpio
Uranus:Scorpio
Mars:Leo
Neptune: Leo
Jupiter,Pluto,Saturn:Libra
It seems odd to have so much Scorpio...I would like to hear you honest thoughts and insights please if any.

One of my best friends has a very Plutonian chart. Almost exactly like yours. I will say that it brings a lot of inner-turmoil. Strong desire to connect, but a large fear of betrayal. This person was also not EVER faithful to anyone in relationships... maybe the fear was just a reflection? It makes for a VERY charismatic and magnetic person. Libra Charm and Scorpio Mystery... HOLY SHIT!
WOAH, only difference in chart is Libra Saturn and Sag Rising... VERY similar. How do you feel about what I said? Are you commitment phobic? Do you suffer from inner-turmoil and reclusive tendencies?
