I think we all do this from time to time... I try to keep most of my life private. If I let certain things come out it's not going to be something that "I think" is going to be harmful for people to know or it's something that I don't care if the general public knows. Only an S/O will know all of me.

I think I know what you mean, like you could brazenly steal lyrics from a song and re word them or change the sentence structure in that sense right ?
Like that's why I used the hip hop analogy.
Sample another song or phrase, but re-interpret/ edit it/arrange it so much that it wouldn't resemble the initial source in any way.
As opposed to kanye stealing a song, putting a different beat over it, and hating white people for 4 minutes.

Every two hours or so, take a quick break and do this.
Cover one eye.
Focus on something in the distance a few times, like more than a 4 0r 5 metres.
Focus on something in the foreground like at your desk etc distance away.
Repeat for the other eye, that's itclick to expand

I think of foxes as cunning and wiley, dexterous, clever, sneaky and with a bushy tail - a testimony of relative harmlessness. Also helpless when faced with bigger predators.
