Libras: Your Emotions

I'm wondering if it's just me or if other Libra's have this issue as well. I tend to internalize my emotions a lot and that generally leads to emotional swings for me. For the most part I keep it under control, but more recently I've had extreme lows and extreme highs. Is it just me?
Ah glad to know it's just not me! Any tips for how to handle it better and perhaps not have the extremes as much?
